My best friend wanted to eat eel ju, so I went there for lunch! ! The eel was steamed in a Kanto style and was fluffy and really delicious I was impressed! ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was glad to recommend Shoum again as classic and gorgeous Japanese Cuisine.Shoun is a Kyoto style ryotei in Central Okayama which closed to Okayama Castle and Kurakuen Park, one of most famous traditional garden of Japan. Mr Akiyama was studying and researching in Kikunoi Kyoto, one of most famous Japanese Cuisine of the world. Once I came back to Shoun, it gave me a feeling of fantastic since of beauties and his philosophy of Cuisine. Many thanks for the artworks and moments of delight!
