I had a truly memorable birthday lunch here :) I happened to spend my birthday this year in Siena, and while searching for a place to enjoy a good T-bone steak, I discovered Locanda dell'Oste. I have tried many T-bone steaks in Firenze and elsewhere, but the unique presentation and warm ambiance of this restaurant immediately caught my attention—and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such kindness and professionalism. The T-bone steak was the best I have ever had. They even helped trim the meat perfectly from the bone, allowing me to enjoy every bite. The bread served before the meal and the two types of pasta we ordered were also exceptional. I wanted to try their homemade desserts as well, but I was already far too full. And then—what a surprise! They remembered that it was my birthday from our conversation and prepared a traditional local cookie with a candle. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly an unforgettable moment! My birthday in 2025 will be remembered for a long time thanks to the wonderful meal and warm hospitality at Locanda dell'Oste. Thank you so much.
