We hired Sierra Rizing Catering for our five-day women's retreat at a nearby campground. Teal came through with the most AMAZING food and beautiful presentation! Our participants were beyond delighted. The food was healthy, nourishing, clearly made from scratch using high quality ingredients, and a great value! I highly recommend Sierra Rizing catering for your group events! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve never left a real review in my life but Sierra Rizings “açaí” bowl was so horrendous that I thought it was necessary They literally scammed me bc as soon as I saw this thing I was wondering how $8 could be enough for the insane amount of “açaí” I had, because I know damn well that stuff is EXPENSIVE. Well.. I got outside to start looking closer at it and immediately realized the “fruit” they said would be ontop was just raisins?? wth. and the granola was just some crappy oats rlly? Don’t worry that’s NOT the worst part at all, the actual “açaí” was icy?? And i was just there wondering why açaí would ever be icy because it’s supposed to be a thick smoothie consistency, and the color??? Can someone tell me why this thing was such a light purple. No? Okay well I can tell you if you’re wondering; ITS BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME A GRAPE FLAVORED SLUSHIE. The first bite i took I was just like “this tastes like an icee or a snow cone or a slushie” and i couldn’t pick one because i don’t really know the difference but it was so sugary and gross This place totally scammed me out of $8 man. And yes I threw it away after a few bites because I don’t want an icee for breakfast. Please invest in real açaí or take it off the menu also if anyone doubts me please look up what açaí looks like Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To the Owner of Sierra Rizing Bakery, your employees act like they have NEVER seen a BLACK PERSON before !!! I have went there 4 Different times & the cashier is super rude, she will say Hi how are you doing today to yhe White people but NEVER ask me & she is the cashier that work doing the week but I did go one time on Saturday morning & a young Lady with a Cool Green T-shirt on was Super Nice & was even helpful with helping me pick something out...Im from San Francisco & people out there know how to say Hello & Thank You , your employees dont !!! Now your bake goods are ok but I will walk up to the Gas Station & give them my money before I Ever go back to Sierra Rizing Bakery !!! I got one better yesterday I went there & a worker with a blue shirt was out by the books outside where I was going to sit & once again she talked to everyone & made sure they was good but she made sure she didn't say anything to me , check your cameras !!!!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience at our establishment. I am proud to share that in the 25 years of owning Sierra Rizing, we have not been accused of showing preferential treatment to anyone based on their skin color - white, black, or otherwise. I believe in equal treatment and service to all people and train my staff on that value as well. Again, I am sorry you didn't find our service satisfactory.
