If smoothie making is an art, Smash could teach a master class. Their smoothies are as close to homemade as I’ve found in the corridor. My mom is not a smoothie person, but last time she visited, we stopped by Smash. Surprisingly, my mom really enjoyed the smoothie. She was pleasantly surprised it was not ice cold, not super sweet, and was quite filling. I noticed my mom and I had more energy that afternoon. Smash has a minimalistic atmosphere with cute houseplants (would love to see more plants) that is not warm, but welcoming. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! My home away from home! Honestly the only place I’ll eat in the north liberty area daily!!!! my kids love it! My husband and I are regulars and couldn’t adore the atmosphere here more!
