i was here today the matcha was good but i had really bad customer service the workers were strangely mean and when i asked them for help they were talking to each other in filipino and looking me up and down like what? And then said no when they could have been normal instead of being weird and rude i was super upset i did not like their mean attitude specially the female worker Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve always enjoyed coming to SoMatcha, but today’s experience was very disappointing. The Filipino cashier was rude from the start — she told me to wait even though I was the only customer, and when she took my order she didn’t apologize for making me wait, while her tone remained unfriendly. She was also rude to delivery drivers while I was there. Customer service is important, and I hope this is addressed because it doesn’t match the quality I expect from this place. Food: 4 Service: 1
