I’ve been a customer of The Cheesecake Factory for over 20 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced service like this before. Abdulilah Salamah was truly exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made the entire experience outstanding. He absolutely deserves recognition.

Fast service on the inside..but outdoor seating is completely neglected. Tables are left uncleaned for long hours. Chairs are also dirty and stained. I hope the senior management considers taking them for maintenance. It’s a shame that this branch has great potential om the inside but no potential on the outside.This is not at all Starbucks global standards.
