I went and half of the food was half fried and gummy in places. Then my sandwich was made wrong and I drove from the opposite side of town. Super frustrating. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

I'm not going to score low just because I didn't like a product. I wanted to try the new summer island Caribbean pineapple slushy that's made with ice cream, but I can't stand the texture! This $6.33 drink went right in the garbage! There are bits of pineapple in here that gets stuck on your tongue and then you chew for a while and there's those little bubble things I don't even know what it is but save your money! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Hair all over my cup ,asked for a new one and still more hair!. When I complained a 2nd time they seemed upset. Got another and just left the drive-tru. And guess what more hair on my cup!!!! GROSS.. MY FIRST TI.E AT SONIC.. WI NOT BE BACK.. And will definitely tell friends. Also didn't appreciate hearing employee's talking about customers,while sitting at the drive thru window Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
