SO extremely disappointed on 8/23/20. NO TOMATO, NO KETCHUP. Both burgers come out with both yet receipt says no tomato, add ketchup! this has happened more than once but this time I came unglued....so sick of the b.s., lack of care at this location.

my family and I stopped going to this location frequently, due to the poor customer service, getting cold burgers, partly frozen tots and just in general poor service. But now this was the last time we're eating here. My hotdog was rubbery and just looked off, but I figured it was just me. I wake up just before 6am this morning sweaty, chills and feverish. only to proceed to violently throw up and have other stomach issues for the next 2.5hrs. The rest of the day has been horrible with food poisoning symptoms. Now the only thing I can think is employees aren't washing their hands or the food was tainted in some way. Never returning.

Just went to a Sonic got there 3 minutes earlier then 8pm for their 1/2 price shake deal and they refused to give me the deal, I will go to other Sonics for now on because they will allow you to be 5 minutes early
