Very disappointing experience 2 days ago. We ordered Coke online and were told that they were out of Coke and they asked what else they could get me. After saying Dr. Pepper i thought it'd be a minute for her to come back out... Nope. She dropped off 2 orders and after 15 minutes I had to go out of the car and ask another person for the drink... This other girl was friendly and is the only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. She went in and brought out the drink immediately and said the other girl had made the drink. It was just sitting there. It was a frustrating experience. When I left I saw the original girl just chatting it up with one of the other people in another lane. Honestly the worst Sonic I've come across. The other times I've come the food is dry.. I keep trying to give this place chances but it's nothing compared to my old Sonic; which was amazing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I see why they didn’t make my order right tonight. I went there at 9:30 ish maybe & ordered two cheese burgers, easy mayo and ketchup without onions. Now, I can’t eat my meal cause it’s loaded with onions & i’m allergic & pregnant. Glad i didn’t smell it through the bag, I surely didn’t feel like going to ER tonight. For now on I will stick to my day shift crew where they actually care about their customers. Did I mention the easy mayo & ketchup wasn’t even visible? Thanks for almost putting me in hospital careless prep worker. Food: 1

I love Sonic but this Sonic takes forever to do anything. I went yesterday and ordered a drink and they brought me put someone else's drink. I repressed the button to let me know its not my drink. I did sat another ten minutes and still no drink to having to call one of the servers walking by to say what I already told the person on the intercom. Then waited again for just the drink to come out to me. They either need to hire more works or something because to wait almost 30 mins just for a drink order is crazy. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
