I'm writing this review due to an insulting and ridiculous incident that my mom experienced on 8/14. My mom went to this restaurant “Soram” on 8/14 with a grandma we know from a church. Both of them have not been here for months so they decided to get dumpling soup. While they were eating their meals, one of the female workers in her 40s accused them for running away without paying for the food previously. The worker stated they didn't pay for the food and ran away to the car. My mom and grandma were so shocked and had no idea what this lady was stating. My mom asked when did this incident happen, if this person she is describing ran away to their car then what was the color or size of the car, if the restaurant has any evidence with security cameras. The worker said she doesn't remember anything about the car, they don't have security cameras, but she surely remembers that it was my mom and grandma who ate and didn't pay last time. There were many people in the restaurant and they were being falsely accused in front of many people. My mom had other arrangements so she decided to leave and the grandma insisted to just eat leave because she doesn't want any more problems. My mom called the restaurant multiple times to speak with the owner but the worker rudely said "I can't give you the number and you can bring the police if you want"

This worker was clearly not being professional by addressing sensitive matters in front of many people AND falsely accusing my mom and grandma without any evidence whatsoever.

This is far the most ridiculous incident that my family experienced within the Korean community and this is embarrassing. We expect a respectful apology from the owner and the worker for such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. If this is not being addressed properly, we will take further action.

이 직원은 많은 사람들 앞에서 민감한 문제를 다루며 명백하게 전문적이지 않았으며 어머니와 할머니를 어떤 증거도 없이 허위로 비난한 것입니다.
우리 가족이 미국에 있는 한국 커뮤니티 내에서 이런 경험한 가장 터무니없는 사건이며 부끄럽습니다. 우리는 이러한 비전문적이고 무례한 행동에 대해 사장과 직원으로부터 존중받는 사과를 요구합니다. 이를 적절하게 다루지 않을 경우 추가 조치를 취할 것입니다.
