We visited this place hoping for a good meal, but unfortunately, we were left disappointed. The dishes we ordered—chicken tortilla and beef tortilla—turned out to be very average. The portions were small, though the meals do look decent visually. Additionally, the chicken in the tortilla was barely salted and lacked any distinct seasoning. I’ve definitely had better enchiladas, and we’ve also had more interesting falafels elsewhere, even though serving them as a starter was a nice touch. It is quite expensive considering the quality and size of the food. On a positive note, the atmosphere is nice and relaxing, and the service was friendly. Second visit to Soul Kitchen in a week. First time around was in Dubrovnik a week ago. Menu at the Split location is mostly different which is great as you can try different items. The Lentil curry was my favorite and so flavorful. The peach salad was perhaps only 4 Stars compared to the other salads at Soul kitchen and I would prefer less raddichio. Our son had the Sea Bass with the chick peas curry and he said it was "Good" which is high praise coming from a teen as it's difficult to elicit any real words from a 15yr old these days. The service was attentive and ambiance was much better than the Dubrovnik location. We enjoyed the 80s-90s music being played in the background with my wife singing along during the meal much to the bemusement of our son. Fantastic dining experience overall and a must visit IMO. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
