Review: Outstanding Stay at Fairmont Ajman I had an amazing experience at Fairmont Ajman! The customer service was exceptional, with special thanks to Tony and Aman for their outstanding hospitality. The rooms were immaculate, and housekeeping ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. A highlight of our visit was the prompt and thoughtful assistance we received every time we called reception for a wheelchair for my disabled mother. Their quick response and genuine care made a significant difference. The sea view from the hotel is breathtaking, and to our delight, there were fireworks on New Year’s, adding a magical touch to our stay. The breakfast was another standout feature, with an extensive variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, I would highly recommend Fairmont Ajman to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I’m already planning to return in the summer and can’t wait to experience their hospitality again. Service: 5

The room was really nice with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. The private beach and pier were really nice and the poolside had a lot of activities for kids etc. too. The staff was also very sweet and friendly The buffet restaurant definitely needs improvement - both in terms of the variety and taste of food items as well as the layout itself. There were very limited options for the breakfast and dinner buffet and the food was kept very haphazardly throughout the restaurant. Can definitely be made better - the live music and desserts were still a saving grace. Service: 5

The suite was lovely and spacious and the hotel shared areas were luxurious and clean. Great service from the pool bar staff and also the housekeeping team (Sameera) who ensured our suite was sparkling and tidy with lots of complimentary toiletries/teas and coffee. The location was a little too far out for trips into Downtown Dubai. Whilst the beach bay was lovely, I got stung by a jelly fish and would suggest netting to prevent this. All in all, a luxurious and relaxed stay but a little bit too far from the main event. Service: 5
