Best Indian takeaway in Exeter hands down. Very fast and friendly service and delicious food every time. I have contacted the restaurant twice now hoping I wouldn’t have to leave a bad review but they didn’t reply. We ordered a takeaway for our wedding anniversary. We are very disappointed with it - the onion bhajis were pretty much cold, the other two meals and naan breads weren’t very hot and to top it all off the chicken tikka bhuna balti was inedible as it was extremely salty - I have had to bin it. This is a dish I regularly order so I am really disappointed and even more so because this was a special evening for us and it was ruined by the bad food, but even more disappointing is the lack of response and customer service from Spice Magic. We were regular customers but we won’t be ordering from there again. Food: 1 Service: 1
