NOT family friendly at all, one of the staff is quite rude and abrupt in every interaction and acts like working there is an inconvenience. We did not feel welcome with our baby - who slept silently in her pram the entire time. We asked before being seated if it was okay to have the pram with us and were told yes. The staff member however grabbed the pram out of my hands with baby inside and forced it repeatedly into the corner violently, shaking the baby in the process. We were absolutely mortified but he didn’t bat an eye. We used to visit regularly but will not return. Shame as the food is usually worth the higher price. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
