I was skeptical to try this place, but I’m so glad that I did. It was amazing., The woman working there was so nice so sweet. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Basically, when you walk in you order one of their wraps or bowls off of their menu and you can customize it to how you want or what you don’t want on it.. I got Street cart wrap and I added banana peppers to it and I got a side of fries with it!!! It was 10 out of 10 I wish I could tell you the sauces I got, but those were really good too. I even told the girl that I liked cava and so I wanted to try this place because cava so far. And she told me that if I like cava , I would really love this place Because it had more flavor and fresher ingredients! I got to admit she’s right!!! My kids were craving shawarma during Ramadan, and after a quick search on Google Maps, we decided to try Spitz Mediterranean Street Food in Prosper. Before heading over, I called to confirm that the food was halal — and I appreciated how clearly and confidently they answered. That alone gave me peace of mind, especially since my kids were fasting. From the moment we picked up our order, I could tell this place takes pride in what they do. The food was packaged exceptionally well — clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged. The shawarmas were tightly wrapped, the sides were neatly packed, and everything looked fresh and handled with care. That level of attention to detail says a lot about a restaurant. My kids absolutely loved the mixed meat Mediterranean shawarmas. The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous. We also ordered falafel, sweet potato fries, and fried pita bread — every single item was delicious. Crispy where it should be, warm where it matters, and full of flavor. Overall, our first experience with Spitz was fantastic. Great food, great packaging, and a place that clearly values quality. We will definitely be returning!
