Outstanding food and outstanding service. Every bite was delicious, and you can really tell they care about quality. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Easily one of the best shawarma spots I've tried. Keep up the great work! Meal type: Dinner

It is surprisingly good! I think their trip to Jordan really paid off. I love that they use authentic shrak bread instead of Lebanese bread like all the other shawarma places around here. It makes a huge difference. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4

I visited Sqew Shawarma Bar on Tuesday at 1.50pm and unfortunately, I found the experience disappointing given the price point. I opted for the meal deal at £11.80, which did not offer the value I had expected. The chicken shawarma itself was underwhelming, the texture was slightly rubbery, dry, the flavour lacked freshness and authenticity of the chicken shawarma which I had hoped for. It didn’t deliver the rich, well-seasoned taste typically associated with good shawarma especially for the price. However the salad inside the shawarma was fresh. On a more positive note, the fries were freshly prepared and enjoyable, standing out as the highlight of the meal. The service was efficient, and the venue itself is clean, tidy, and well-presented, which I appreciated. However, these positives were not enough to outweigh the shortcomings with the chicken shawarma quality. Overall, considering the cost and the quality of the chicken shawarma wrap, I would not return or recommend this establishment. There are better options available in Manchester that offer both superior flavour and better value for money. The only advantage of Sqew is the central city centre location.
