This is my go to spot to relax after a walk. The coffee is decent, and they also have a good selection of matcha drinks. I’m not really into sweets, but I’ve tried their churros and they were pretty good. My partner usually goes for the ice cream. Overall, it’s close to home, convenient, has parking, and stays open quite late. Definitely worth stopping by!

I had such a lovely experience today at St. Louis around 4:30 PM — from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, with genuine smiles that made the visit even more enjoyable. I ordered a coffee that was perfectly made, But the real highlight was the *almond croissant* — it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had: crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside, It wasn’t just about the food and coffee — it was the whole vibe, the great service, and the way the staff made you feel Can’t wait to go back again soon

I visited the St. Louis Prospect store with a group of friends. We ordered drinks for everyone and a large churros to share. The problem was the server who brought our churros. She was a bit old lady, and it seemed like she was in a hurry or distracted, possibly thinking about her family waiting for her. I asked her if we could get some cutlery. Instead of responding professionally, she replied very sharply, “For what?” in a rude and dismissive tone. I was so taken aback that I couldn’t even respond right away. She then brought the cutlery but did so in a very irritated and disrespectful way, as if we were bothering her by asking for something completely reasonable. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I never expected to be treated like that just for asking for cutlery while eating churros. I don’t know if she was a staff member, manager, or owner, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend the St.louis Prospect at all. I would strongly suggest going to a different branch if you can.
