Ended up there about 1am. There were 6 others there. 1 couple sitting at a table and 4 other guys standing around playing on phones. I later found out they were friends of the bartender. They had no food or drinks. Me and another took a seat at the bar. The music was so loud we couldn't even hear each other without shouting. The bartender was cute but it took her 3 or 4 minutes to show some love. Beer was cold and everything else seemed pretty cool.
