If I could leave no stars I would!! First off my husband, daughter and myself went to get 3 simple coffees that literally any other Starbucks has 0 issue making!! My order was $27. So yes I was very mad when they kept messing up!! I got a venti carnal ribbon crunch with blonde espresso instead of frappe roast and 2 extra pumps of dark caramel syrup! THEY MANAGED TO MESS IT UP 2 TIMES!! By the 2nd time I was so annoyed and just said it was fine. Not to mention the cashier at the front had a major attitude and a hard time understanding what my order was! My husband ordered a venti caramel latte with blonde espresso and 2 extra pumps of caramel syrup and 2 extra blonde shots! They managed to mess his up, they used regular espresso; we didn’t get anything we ordered and I’m super mad about it! And at the end to “apologize” they gave me a stupid simple card for $4 off my next order. They had someone new on the frappe station! He had no idea what he was doing and left the cups a complete mess. The manager lady has a bad bad bad attitude! I’ve worked at Starbucks, I was a supervisor at a Starbucks, I know how they’re ran. And this place was not run right!! I highly WOULD NOT recommend coming here. Price per person: $20–30

I have never had a better experience with any other Starbucks. The staff is so friendly (especially Grace, Lisa, Mary, Jenny, Darcie, Nicole, and Jadia) and always take time to ask for life updates or check in on our studying. I've noticed they do this with every customer that walks in the door, knowing many by name, bestowing compliments, and really taking the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable in the space. The service is amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, and I love coming here to study with friends! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
