I’m extremely disappointed with my experience this morning. I ordered a venti hot tea and the lid was not secured properly. When I went to take a drink while driving, the scalding hot tea spilled all over me burned my mouth and hands and legs. I did not ask for the drink to be extra hot, and it was so hot it genuinely startled me and almost caused me to crash my car while I had my child with me. I understand accidents happen, but ensuring lids are secure on hot drinks should be a basic safety precaution. This could have ended much worse. I hope management takes this seriously and reminds staff to properly secure lids before handing drinks out.

They always do good on my drinks but unfortunately every time I come here with my wife they mess up her order. I order the white chocolate mocha but she just orders a white hot chocolate and they always give us 2 white chocolate mochas. Which is an understandable mistake and they always remake it anyway so we don't usually mind. But when we went to this specific location last night, the employee was incredibly rude and argued that my wife was the one who made the mistake. Which is not true, we've been ordering the same drinks for over a year. And when we told her thats not what we said, she rolled her eyes and very sarcastically said "okayyy" and turned around to remake it. Her behavior was poor and very unprofessional. We will not be returning to this location again.
