25 minutes for an iced latte. Had somewhere to be partner goes in to get coffee. While I sit in the parking lot, I'm watching the same truck behind me. Sit for at least 15 minutes, at this point we're late to get to our appointment. Walk into the store baristas are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I don't know why on Earth you wouldn't have minimum of six people working on a weekend morning in the summertime. Had I been working here and been dealing with this I would've walked out on the job. You're the only Starbucks for 10 to 15 MI. You're also right off the interstate. My partner used to work at a Starbucks and she couldn't believe how few of people they had working on a weekend morning. I'm sure they were doing the best they could but if you can't keep up, shut something down. If you can't keep up with the online orders for pickup then shut them down and take care of the people inside. The guy in front of my partner had been waiting for half an hour when she arrived so he effectively waited for almost an hour. The sitting area was completely full of people and not one of them had their drinks.

This Starbucks is bright and cheery, but when it is crowded, the line to order wraps through the seating area. It can be noisy. The two baristas working were trying, but they couldn't come close to keeping up with the orders. We waited forever! Finally, I tried the BUTTERFLY DRINK. Are you kidding me? It was a cup of ice which quickly quickly watered down the small amount of coconut milk. The butterfly pea infusion floats on top- which means you get it unmixed when you first sip through the cup. It's just a strange sour flavor. The drunk just tastes like watery coconut milk. At least the popping pearls were good. Ignore the voice in your head that says to try something new- stick to coffee. I have been regular for few months in this branch. I have allergy to diary and always mentioned oak milk for my drink but there gave me with cow milk three times for now and today my condition worsen. Everytime if you mention there will replace but Today I did not said a word to them since i decided no more going back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
