Clients don't highly appreciate cheeseburgers at this restaurant. The hospitable staff welcomes visitors all year round. Prompt service is something guests appreciate here. But Wendy's is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

A few weeks ago I stopped for a burger at Wendy's in Zelie. Ate my burger and instantly felt like something was caught in my throat. A few days later I coughed hard enough to get whatever was stuck out only to see that it was the thin membrane from the onion I asked to have on my burger. I dismissed it and hesitantly stopped there again and ordered the same exact burger the same exact way and again the membrane had not been removed from the first layer of the onion before cutting the onion. The AI SUCK AND CAN NEVER GET AN ORDER RIGHT. There are very few in the Zelie store that understand Customer Service. I worked on the line of a fast food restraunt all the way up to Management and have never had issues like this. There were complaints of course but that is to be expected but, I have never dealt with rude, non Customer oriented workers like I have at the Zelienople Wendy's. We have agreed to NOT go back Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

This store is not fast food…. Waited 25 minutes for my food. Mean while the staff where busy goofing off in the kitchen and acting very immature. Would not recommend coming here if in a hurry… also very small and cramped. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
