This is the worst Starbucks in North Raleigh. They always mess up my order- using regular milk instead of soy milk; not adding coconut flakes to my coconut cold brew; adding ice to a no-ice drink. All of the information is clearly displayed on my drink's order label. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The coffee is good but they are so slow. Time to increase the staff if they can't handle in. 20 min from when I got to the drive through line until when I got my coffee is insane. It's coffee... either you're understaffed or undertrained. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Been coming to this 1 a long time and I like the staff. Unfortunately the drive thru is extremely slow and terrible. I recommed dining in the store, just not the drive thru as they lately have appeared incapable of handline more than 1 car at a time. The 2 star rating is because of the drive thru mostly. Sadly I must start using an alternate one for a drive thru service as I consider this one "risky" if I need to get to work and be on time. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
