Please Recognize Mone for her exceptional customer service. She goes above and beyond for the customers and actually cares for their needs. RTP if you’re looking for a kind and friendly staff then I 10/10 recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Impossible options.

Drink was fine but if you are planning on sitting inside then this might not be the location for you. They have 4 tiny tables and while I was there half of the tables were taken up by management. So only two tables left for customers to sit unless it’s outside. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a Chai latte Grande, a smoked bacon and egg sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. I had Uber Eats pick up order to find out when delivered all I received was the Chai Latte. Called Starbucks and was told they made a mistake they didn’t complete the order. That is not a resolution and there was no empathy etc. I am out of 15.00 because I have a tip and there was a service fee. Uber only settled for the food. I will never visit or order from this store.
