This is the best Starbucks in Reno. You can tell the management cares about keeping the restaurant clean, and the customer service was excellent even at a clearly busy hour. The drinks and food were correct down to my specific requests too. Overall great experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I always have such positive experiences at this Starbucks. I wanted to give a shout out to Simrry. Last week I was in to pick up a drink order, but someone had accidentally taken one of my drinks. I was in a time crunch and he quickly remade it, so I was on time for my meeting- thank you!
