I understand that it gets busy, but my experience today overall was pretty displeasing. I ordered a mobile order, it took me about 8 minutes to get there, and when I arrived, it took about 5 minutes to get my first drink, then another 5 after, even though the cup was sitting on the counter and they kept starting new orders before finishing my mobile order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes prior. I also didn’t get a greeting/ nobody asked what order I was waiting on until about 30 seconds before my second drink was ready. There was also only one car in the drive through when I pulled into the parking lot. Even though I was unhappy with my experience, I can also empathize with the girl making most of the drinks by herself, she already looked stressed when I walked in, and I’ve worked this job before, so I don’t blame her for the rush of orders coming at her, it was just the way everything was handled, no acknowledgment of any kind after I mentioned that I was waiting for that long. This Starbucks is terrible—poorly organized, and they constantly get the drink orders wrong. There’s a specific woman who works there who makes the drinks incorrectly; when you point it out, she replaces them but does so with a bad attitude. Sometimes the drinks are missing syrups, or they swap out ingredients. It’s one of the few Starbucks locations where the service is abysmal and the drinks are even worse.
