Stopped by on 5/23 and did a mobile order for a wrap and a coffee. When I pulled up to the drive thru the employee let me know they didn't have wraps so I asked for a breakfast sandwich instead. When I pulled to the window she offered 2 gifts card for the inconvenience and it had made my day. Now today I went to add to my app and they both have $0 balance. So why offer a gift card and there’s no funds loaded?? Also my charges were not adjusted to the breakfast sandwich and I was charged the wrap which was more $. Disappointed. I believe we all know some Starbucks locations in our areas, and even some local ones here have long wait times and subpar service. However, I’ve been finding myself skipping all the other Starbucks to simply come here. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I can’t recall ever seeing a particularly long drive-through line, even when there were four or five cars in the driveway. The service is incredibly quick. This Starbucks definitely deserves five stars. It exemplifies the true meaning of process and management, and it has the right people. I understand that it’s just quick coffee, but places like this make you want to keep coming back and not give anyone else your business. For that reason, anytime I’m at work or on my way home from work, I’d most certainly choose this place over Starbucks. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
