I have visited the Starbucks located in front of Albaik twice consecutively, and both times when we asked for orange juice, the staff told us that the machine was not working. Our concern is simple: why is the orange juice machine always not functional? If this is a regular issue, it should be fixed or replaced. Customers expect basic items to be available, especially at a well‑known brand like Starbucks. The staff were polite, but the repeated unavailability of orange juice is disappointing. I hope management resolves this issue. Very bad experience. Meal type: Other
