I am truly disappointed with the staff at Starbucks this time. I always buy matcha here and love it, but when I ordered it—expecting the usual slightly sweet flavor—it wasn't sweet at all. I went to the cashier to ask for a little more sweetness, but instead of good service, the staff member got angry with me and demanded extra payment for it. I’ve never encountered a café like this before; I visit often and even bring friends here because the matcha is delicious, but this time I was really let down by the service. I don't know where that specific staff member was from, but I much prefer the Filipino staff because they are so friendly. After I decided to just go sit back down, a Filipino staff member approached me, apologized, and fixed my matcha—they really knew how to make a customer feel comfortable again. Service: 1

Bokkki is the best at all , best parista and also great attitude, very welcoming and he always made your day better i recommend you to have the breakfast in this branch as they have the best staff everrr. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
