I visit this Starbucks nearly every morning and I’m always happy to hear Shawn on the other end of the speaker. He really sets the bar for top tier customer service. Give that man a raise! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Jan 11th after 8pm. 2 of your employees were playing around in the speaker while taking customer orders. They were laughing and pretending that the speaker wasn't working properly. One of the employees was blowing in the headset while the other was giggling stating that there was a "glitch" in their system. We could clearly hear what was going on. Super childish. We came with a family of 4 and don't appreciate our time being wasted as well as "adults" playing around our food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
