Today I ordered 2 mobile order drinks, one of which got stolen (a barista told me). Because my pick up order was stolen I asked for them to remake it, to which they gave me an inconclusive answer as to whether they would or not, and treated me like an inconvenience. I was made to wait while they made 6 more drinks and 15-20 minutes for my pick up order because they ignored me and wouldn’t remake my drink. They gave me a drink vaguely similar to mine (same cold foam, nothing else) with burnt espresso and the wrong milk after ignoring me for 20 minutes while there was no rush there were 2 baristas and 3 people in line. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1
