Took my son here for his birthday drink and was told the reward only applies if the account has been active for a full year. That may be the policy, but it is a pretty disappointing way to handle a kid’s birthday. A birthday reward should make a customer feel appreciated, not be denied over a technicality. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

I usually come here for coffee, and the drinks are consistently good. Customer service has generally been solid as well, which is why this experience stood out.Today at the drive-thru, the employee I interacted with was quite rude. She repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain that I had placed an online order, saying she couldn’t find it. When I started to say I would just come inside to sort it out, she interrupted again and abruptly said, “Goodbye, have a good day” in a dismissive tone. Ironically, when I went inside another employee was able to locate my order right away without any issue. I don’t usually leave reviews unless there positive reviews, but this interaction was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated for what should have been a simple pickup. I live this Starbucks for a multitude of reasons, one being I regularly go there... A lot. The baristas there are very friendly and almost always get my drinks right. If your looking for a chat then later in the evening when they are not as busy is best. They all start to feel like family if spent enough time around Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options though they are not specifically sectioned off.
