When I order, I don’t look at the name. I just look at what’s closest and then I go app and I order from the same address. I use Apple Maps and Google maps and nowhere knows where to take me so if this is for only students, then it shouldn’t be on Maps and if it’s not then y’all need to update whatever you gotta do Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While I have never had a horrible experience with this Starbucks, today I was extremely off put by an interaction I saw behind the counter. One girl in particular who I had watched make many drinks, seemed to have a second without drinks to which the manager turned around and loudly scolded her for having her hands on her hips. Twice, in front of customers. No praise for the work she did, only snapping at her the moment she had a second to breathe. As a manager myself, it’s an absolute no to intentionally embarrass my employees in front of customers. I came back later for my second drink and saw the girl still working, I let her know she’s doing an amazing job. I will still frequent this Starbucks, 99.9% of my experiences have been positive, but truly hope to see the manager do better in the future. Meal type: Breakfast
