The employee working the counter here is extremely unprofessional and hostile for absolutely no reason. I am always a polite customer—I say hi, order normally, and even left a tip—but this man gave me intense, unprovoked attitude and glared at me with pure hatred the entire time. He turned on the charm for other customers he seemed to know, but acted like my dollars were a disease. I didn’t do shit to you, and you don’t even know my name to be acting this miserable. People come here to spend their hard-earned money, not to deal with your toxic energy. Fix your face and do your job. Will never be return Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

The manager I encountered today was so rude and disrespectful. There was a miscommunication regarding a drink and he went on a profanity filled rant. I asked for a refund because you want be rude to me and get my money. It’s sad that management will run customers away. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

The food I just bought tasted nice. Lost stars because it wasn't what I asked for and the person who attended to me did not care to 1. Listen and pay attention to what I asked for, 2. Did not care to resolve the issue and dismissed it, 3. Did not apologize for the error. Poor customer service WILL ruin any business. I definitely did not feel good at all with how I was spoken to.
