I wish there was an option for zero stars because it would be appropriate for our experience tonight. First off, my steak was ordered medium but received medium well. I didn’t complain and just ate it but my biggest complaint was the service. Our server totally ignored the fact that I needed a refill on my drink and ignored me when I tried to get her attention. She stayed at the neighboring table for approximately 15 minutes chitchatting about her personal life while I sat there and couldn’t finish my meal because I didn’t have anything to drink. We have been going there for years but tonight will be our last time. I would also mention that the service and food quality has diminished quite significantly in the last year. Price per person: $70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No greeting from hostess upon entering establishment. Had to ask waitress for a refill and a bread basket. The au grain creamed spinach was delicious. I had a ribeye steak that was cooked perfectly however it lacked seasoning. I was so disappointed that my steak had absolutely no seasoning other than being cooked in butter. Y’all should link up with Trotter’s Market for their steak seasoning. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Tico's Steakhouse was excellent. The service was exceptional by Natalia. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the side dishes au gratin potatoes and spinach was fabulous... Thanks. Will see you again when we are back in Jackson, MS.
