I keep trying to give this location a chance and it's nothing but disappointment. First, they never get my order right, even after repeating it back to me,. 2nd, employee attitudes are absolutely trash. Ordered 5 combos at the drive thru, had to wait 20 minutes, when they brought my order out it was missing 1 fry, and 5 drinks along with 2 shakes. I told the employee and he said they were coming out after the food. I waiting 7 minutes still no drinks so I went into the store. They were oblivious, had to repeat my order. I asked for the manager, and when I did the cook started to laugh. This steak n shake is trash. Bad food, bad service, horribly rude employees and management that can't keep their house in order. Do yourself a favor and go to Forsyth location right down the street. Way better service and the employees are top notch. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
