The Stockade Inn is a lovingly restored building in the downtown historic district of Schenectady. Our room was large, very comfortable, thoughtfully furnished with lots of attention to detail and extremely clean. There is a small café in the back of the Inn and a wonderful lounge area with a bar as you enter, as well as ample parking. The dining room is currently under renovation but there are some wonderful dining options close by. The staff was very friendly and Zakhar went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you to the entire team and I hope we can return soon!

I lived the inn the cafe and the complementary yoga classes I was here for USTA and am winning my matches thanks to the yoga and the great bed and rest!

We were in town for one night to watch our son play football. We arrived late, But we’re still greeted by the wonderful manager, Shown to our room, and even given a ride in the elevator, as my husband could not handle the stairs at that point. We were even upgraded to a larger room at no additional charge. Our room and bathroom were charming and clean. In particular, I fell in love with the hardwoods in our room. The café Solana downstairs was delicious. I had one of the best bagel/cream cheese /lox sandwiches of all time. All in all, our stay was delightful!
