Excellent evening spent at Substrat. From the elaborate decor with its exposed beams to the delicious and inventive dishes and impeccable service, all the ingredients were there for a perfect evening Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
