After a long walk around Zetland Lifeboat Museum and Redcar Heritage Centre, go to this fast food and have a rest here. Visitors don't like sandwiches and biscuits at Subway. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are democratic. But guests rate this spot below average on Google.

Okay so we went into Subway today. Well where do we start. We queued which we didn't mind, however there was no acknowledgement at all from the staff. The staff where to busy talking amongst themselves with no custome service at all. When it was our turn to be served the stay was abrupt and no apology or acknowledgement for waiting. We where then asked what did we want.... Just like that!! No customer service skills at all... Won't be using this branch again and really disappointed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
