I was there on april 14th at 10:15 pm when the store was still open and sign was still lit. I knew the guy was trying to close the store and i didnt want to trouble him, so i order a six inch turkey sub with minimal toppings. The employe was super upset that i was in the store in the first place, didnt even wear a hat while making my sandwich, he just wanted me to get out of the store as soon as possible. Buddy i work at subway too. If you are not happy to work here just leave the job so that someone else good will take your place for good. Store owner should take a note of this guy and please teach him some basic greetings. Will not recommend this subway at all. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

reli reli bad thing happened to my online order, I ordered the chicken and brisket footlong, and paid per the brisket one price. Someone called right after my order showed received and said “we don’t have steak, I will give you *** (can’t hear it clearly)”. Probably because my listening is bad to I thought the guy was saying they will give me beef instead. But it turned out I was given HAM!! Yes, I paid brisket price ended up getting ham!! Please say it CLEARLY to customer if don’t have something and ask customer what they prefer! Rather than deciding the substitute on your own! The staff definitely lack of training and no idea what a good customer service should be! Food: 1 Service: 1

Went in at 950pm (cuz the “open” light was still lit) to place an order. I see there’s 5 more foot long bread available. Employee refused to take my business because he said “he is about to close the store”
