This sugar factory is really good , the food is amazing . I came here to celebrate my birthday day and had some Mac and cheese balls with hot wings and mozzarella sticks after that I drank the nonalcoholic all blue ocean drink the little gummy sharks are so cute and the server put dry ice it was very cool . The service was amazing very funny,the atmosphere was beautiful flowers on the wall it was like candy land anyway after eating I had dessert which was the all chocolate ice cream bit I swapped the chocolate ice cream to cookies and cream there was brownie pieces with chocolate fudge.Me and my dad and mom loved it here highly recommend if you like sweet things. The Sugar Factory - Queens is a total rip-off! They're charging an outrageous $45 per drink with little to no alcohol. That's not just price gouging, it's straight-up robbery! But what's even worse is the manager's attitude and behavior. After speaking with him about our concerns, I was appalled by his: - Unprofessional demeanor - Dismissive tone - Lack of accountability - Complete disregard for customer satisfaction It's clear that The Sugar Factory is more interested in fleecing their customers than providing a quality experience. The manager's behavior was the final nail in the coffin. Avoid this place at all costs! Take your business (and your hard-earned money) elsewhere. There are far better bars and restaurants that actually care about their customers and offer fair prices. UPDATE: I've reported this incident to The Sugar Factory corporate office and hope they take action to address the price gouging and unprofessional management. This place needs a serious overhaul!
