Order £40 worth of food on Sunday evening around 6pm. Google and their own website said they were open until 11pm. Paid and had email confirmation, estimated delivery 30-50 mins. 35 mins later got a notification from the bank to say the money had been refunded. Then an email from TJ's to say the order was cancelled first and last time ordering from here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely awful and overcharges last couple times I’ve been in just get rude looks and laughs. Asked my order 4 times and still couldn’t get it right after charging 8pound for what I thought I was getting doner meat and chicken meat and chips and received only soggy undercooked chips and cold doner meat no salad no thing... previous order wanted a doner meat burger and received a chicken burger and cheesy chips got cheesy curly fries. Would not recommend and defiantly lost my custom. Normally a regular customer and since change of staff it has gone down hill big time

I am vegetarian and ordered a veggie burger opened it up 2 find a chicken wing inside felt sock wont be orderin from there again
