We had to wait for a long time tell someone show up. She come with attitude. We felt we are not welcomed. Food is good as usual but services is going down :- Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

I never go through Taco Bell but I had to make a very quick stop and I will say I was pleasantly surprised to have the nicest young man help me at the window! His customer service was exemplary! It’s not very often you find this anymore and he definitely deserves the praise! Wish I had grabbed his name. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I felt like an alien here, walked up to register to order, the girl said "you have to use the machine" or whatever it is called! Thank goodness a younger girl helped me! I am older and had no clue how to work the damn thing! Finally a young man said did you order online, I said no, and I am not sure if I ordered correctly. Just wanted a couple hard tacos.. he said yes. Took quite a while, but finally got our order to go, they didn't put any hot sauce in the bag at all...maybe they should realize there customer base...if older!!! But kudos to the customer who helped me out to order, and the guy who was working. The girls that appeared to be running orders was not helpful! Dont think I will be back.
