They do a great job here! I want to remind everything it is indeed a TACO BELL! So if you’re expecting 5 star service you are in the wrong place. But to be honest ordering inside I got everything that i needed for my order. If you order outside there is a chance they might miss your sauce. But if you’re on top of it they will be helpful!! Also remember to be nice to service workers!! They are working so hard!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wish their was an option for 0 stars on reviews cause this place deserves a zero. Me and my boyfriend arrived at this taco bell around 11:00pm exactly and only ordered three classic tacos; the first mistake being we ordered on the kiosk, which might as well have not existed; for it would take a whole 1HR to get our order. I had to actually ask where the order was after waiting 40 mins only for the manager to tell us wasn't even registered, that's not even the worst of it, the drinks? yeah we ordered one and didn't even drink anything after seeing the drink fountains "drinks" are literally all water; people are so lazy they couldn't even bother to change the syrup for them. I HIGHLY don't recommend you come here, there are much better taco bells in Raleigh and better fast food places on Western Blvd; why waste your time at all here.
