stopped by at midnight with my bf to get food after a long shift at work. the drive through had 15 cars so we decided to order at the lobby before it closed so we can comfortably wait inside, instead of wasting gas in the drive thru. we walked in at 11:55 & placed our order at the kiosk & then proceeded to use the rest room. when i came out, i decided to play with the kiosk while i waited. i was not going to order anything, i was more so bored, waiting & curious about the new menu items. as soon as i touched the screen, a small short rude female employee from behind the counter started being very loud towards me in front of multiple customers. she proceeded to tell me not to order at the kiosk anymore, and i even after i told her i wasn’t, and that i was just waiting, she continued the escalate the situation with very aggressive body language. she stared me down like she wanted to fight me. this isn’t the Waffle House. i understand there was a rush, but as a customer service employee myself, what angered me, is that i would never take out my frustration on other people, let alone talk down on them like children. i walked out, and she continued to talk about me to another customer so i decided to ask for a refund to avoid further confrontation. why work at a busy 24/7 Taco Bell, if you can’t handle your emotions during a rush? after a long day, thats the last thing i wanted to deal with. the manager came out to initiate the refund & instead of her taking the initiative to correct her behavior, or have her apologize, i had to apologize first, and all she says is, “its okay. im used to it.” she said im sorry when she gave me the refund. but what was that even supposed to mean? your used to employees being rude? or are you saying your used to customers asking for refunds? bc if your used to customers asking for refunds, as a manager, and as a business, you are doing something wrong. close the lobby when you want people to stop coming in, lock the kiosks, and don’t ask your subordinate to close down the lobby, because they clearly don’t have the grace or people skills to handle the job. as a manager, its your job to handle the traffic that comes in during your shift. as a former Boy and Girls/KeyStone member, that has gone to the Taco Bell business camp, what happened tonight, is against the entire motto. do better. never coming here again Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the best Taco Bells out there. Lots of traffic so be patient with your order. Sometimes it takes 20-25 minutes to get your order, and when you get it the workers skim your food. Taco food less meat in it all lettuce. If your gonna up the price I should be getting more food not less. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The background music was more like being at a live concert. We 3 had to almost yell at each other to hear our conversation. Staff said they couldn't, didn't know how yo turn the music down. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
