I order lunch here a lot. If you order extra protein in your meals, check your plate before you leave. I've had missing protein from my meals a couple of times. It's almost $10 upcharge so make sure you are being treated honestly...

My mom forgot to mention she wanted her tea hot instead of cold. She told the staff after we got it, and they were so kind! they remade it hot and upgraded the size for free, and even let us keep the cold one. That level of service is so rare these days! Plus, the tea was really good and my husband loved his sushi bowl. Portions were bigger than we expected and the prices are super reasonable compared to other spots nearby.

The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming. The employees go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want. I once messed up my order and they happily remade it for me with no problem. That kind of service keeps me coming back.
