I had a very disappointing experience last night at Talarico's and because of it, I probably will never go back. I've had the food many times and it's always been pretty good but nothing special. Their customer service has never been great, but last night it was horrible. I booked a reservation, which they require you to put down a credit card for, and it was confirmed the night before for 7 people. My friends and I show up for our reservation and we were told that we would need to wait 40 minutes to an hour to get the table we reserved. What is the point of taking my credit card, confirming my reservation and then when I show up act like it's totally normal that you gave away our table right BEFORE our reservation time?! We weren't late, but you showed zero remorse that our reservation wasn't going to be honored. They said we could squeeze 7 people in a booth that barely fits 6 or we could wait. Instead we went nextdoor to Elliot Bay and had a great meal with incredible service. So at least they saved my birthday dinner! Talarico's now lied in their reply, so I lowered the rating even more. The reservation was confirmed for 7 the previous night and the woman confirmed when I showed up that it was for 7. Now that I know your customer service is worse than I thought, I will never go back! And I'll make sure to post about this horrible experience everywhere! Price per person: $20–30

Hi Alex- Your situation was very unique as you had booked two reservations under your name- one for 6 guests and one 7 guest, unfortunately the 6 person reservation was visible on our end and we did our best to accommodate your 7ppl. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Talaricos never disappoints! The chicken is moist and dripping with your sauce of choice, and the pizza slices are enormous — piled high with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The bartender is friendly and always up for a quick chat between customers. Love the ambiance and the vibe of this place. Always a great time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time trying Talarico's Pizzeria West Seattle!!! It was super delicious ! I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, bread sticks with toasted mozzarella cheese, and the Junction Juice. Customer service was ok. It was busy: I get it but we waited for a long time to order and to be checkout so then we can leave and let other guests come takeover our table. Atmosphere is very lovely and beautiful ! I will give a 5 stars but since customer service was not that great to my liking, I sadly have to put a 4 star review . Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Recommended dishes: BBQ Chicken Pizza, Slice of Pizza
