i went a month ago and the food was good, but the drinks were pricy. my problem lies within the fact that a A MONTH after i went (last night at 1 in the morning) they decided to charge $8.13 and $3.19 to my card for no reason. Be careful when you pay here with debit and credit cards. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

If you’re looking for a good/quick lunch spot this is definitely somewhere I recommend. They have a pick 2 for $13.50 for example in this picture i picked chicken tenders with a side of mac and cheese for $15 with tax. On the Weekends and at night this place turns into almost a club with a DJ and fun games for friends and family out in their patio. The Children are minding the store! Roof top bar tenders - dishonest, dismissive, unfriendly, rude! Overcharged CC for drinks not ordered! never showed itemized receipt, only credit card total; Had 2 draft beers, menu shows $6.50 - my bill total was $22.50. WTF. They fisted me and I tipped based on wrong total! Contacted about the issue by J.Kritner via K.Carpenter - Josh contacted me several times via Email (over the last month and half) after the issue - and he had offered to mail me a gift card (on approx July 20th) - which never arrived at my address. HE NEVER MAILED IT ALTHOUGH JOSH STATED HE DID! After not receiving promised gift card and also planning to attend another Rockies game as well as the ViewHouse ballpark - I advised Josh that I would be at ViewHouse Ballpark on Aug24th, at which he stated to ask for him or his managing partner - Sergio. I arrived at ViewHouse at 11:30 (after texting Josh several times) and at the door (2 greeters at door said Josh was not on-premise and rarely is, "He lives in Steamboat - he is never here!",) I asked for Josh or Sergio - and they stated that Josh was not on premise, but Sergio could be found at rooftop section. Arrived at rooftop and ordered a beer - and asked young blonde girl behind the bar - that I would like to talk to Sergio - but he never arrived after 30 minutes. Texted Josh that I was on-site, clueless! Sent EMAIL to K.Carpenter to advise - no response. Good faith offering of a gift-card by Josh was never mailed as promised - given "the dodge" while at the ViewHouse, although Josh insisted to me that he wanted to meet me and "make it right". Absentee management, zombie rude staff - avoid this stinker!
