One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I walked into the restaurant when about half of the tables were empty, yet somehow nobody could spare ten seconds to hand me a menu. After sitting there and being completely ignored for five minutes, I finally had to wave someone down myself. I ordered the sizzling beef and a jasmine green tea with no sugar. Amazingly, by the time I had finished my entire meal, my drink still hadn’t arrived. Meanwhile, tables around me were being served without any problem. Once again, I had to raise my hand and remind the staff that I had actually ordered a drink. When the tea finally showed up, it was made with sugar—the exact opposite of what I ordered. What happened next was even more ridiculous. Instead of apologizing, the server became visibly impatient and acted as if I was the problem for pointing out their mistake. The only explanation I got was, “We’re very busy.” Really? Half of the restaurant was empty. If your staff can’t handle a half-full dining room, maybe management should stop making excuses and start hiring more people. The most shocking part is that from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, not a single person apologized for ignoring me, forgetting my order, or bringing me the wrong drink. Mistakes happen, but terrible service combined with a complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. I came here expecting dinner, not a lesson in how customer service can completely fail. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even the most basic level of customer service.
