We celebrated my father’s 50th birthday here, which was a surprise (the whole trip). I had to book and schedule everything from home (Hungary) and Daniela was a huge help with everything. Also, I would like to highlight the other ladies who worked that shift at the restaurant, because there was a little misunderstanding with the reservation (because you have to book in time intervals here), because I booked the ‘aperitivo’ but I somehow didn’t notice the information, that the aperitivo doesn’t contain the dinner itself. I don’t know who made a mistake, it could be me or them, but the most important thing that they were the kindest and most flexible people I could meet in this situation. I am beyond grateful that they could make the dinner happen for us, even though we were a little bit late, beacuse of external circumstances (The taxi service is horrible in Como, so be prepared haha). I was so stressed because I wanted everything to be perfect, and I will never forget that these ladies recognized the importance of this event and made sure that everything’s perfect. The food was delicious, the view was absolutely stunning, I also ordered a bouqet to the table, which was beautiful, and also I ordered a cake from an outside pastry shop, and for some additional fees they served it there “like their own cake”. So everything turned out perfectly. Thank you for everything for the whole staff! The restaurant and the environment are beutiful as well, I recommend it! Terrazza 241 is a stunning restaurant perched on top of the Hilton Lake Como with views of the lake that are worth the visit alone. The staff were attentive and warm, adding to the overall experience. I ordered the duck breast with a vegetable medley. It was decent, but not the star of the show here. The real draw is the setting, and it delivers. If you’re after a scenic, memorable dining experience, this is the spot. Just be sure to make a reservation!
